subdomains, including signals.conducore.com.
What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, company, role,
territory, notes) when you request a sample feed, reserve a founding seat, or email
us. We use them to confirm your request by email, respond, and deliver what you
asked for. We do not sell them.
Abuse-prevention data with form submissions. Alongside a
submission we record your browser's user-agent string and a salted, truncated hash
of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself). These exist only to rate-limit
the form and investigate abuse, and they are deleted with the submission.
Opt-out records. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep
your address on a suppression list with the date of your request, so we can honor
it.
Privacy-first site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics,
which does not use cookies or track you across sites. We see aggregate page views
and visit counts, not individual profiles.
What our products contain
Conducore feeds are derived from public government records and carry
public-record business fields only. We do not append personal contact data to the
records we distribute.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States.
Alert emails about new requests are delivered through Resend, and confirmation and
fulfillment emails through Namecheap PrivateEmail, our email providers. We retain
submissions while your request is active and for up to 12 months afterward for
audit purposes, then delete them; suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely
because they exist to honor your opt-out.
