subdomains.
What we collect
Contact details you send us (name, email, company, role,
notes) when you email us. We use them only to reply. We do not sell them.
Records from the discontinued Conducore Signals feed. Contact
details submitted to that service before it was discontinued in August 2026 are
retained as described below. They are not used to contact you, and the service that
collected them no longer operates. To have your record deleted, email us.
Opt-out records. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep
your address on a suppression list with the date of your request, so we can honor
it.
Privacy-first site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics,
which does not use cookies or track you across sites. We see aggregate page views
and visit counts, not individual profiles.
What our products contain
Conducore does not currently distribute any data product. The discontinued
Conducore Signals feed was derived from public government records and carried
public-record business fields only; personal contact data was never appended to the
records it distributed.
Where your data lives
Records retained from the discontinued service are stored on Cloudflare
infrastructure in the United States. Email sent to us is handled by Namecheap
PrivateEmail, our email provider. Retained submissions are kept for up to 12 months
for audit purposes, then deleted; suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely
because they exist to honor your opt-out.
Your choices
Email hello at conducore.com to ask what we
hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Mail is read in weekend batches and
no response time is promised.
