Conducore provides data feeds and related materials derived from public government records. The service is operated by Computerized Business Solutions, Inc. (CBSI), P.O. Box 77021, Baton Rouge, LA 70879, US, doing business as Conducore.
Feeds reflect the source records as published by the issuing agency at the time of our snapshot, on the cadence stated for each feed. Government records can contain errors, and processing can introduce delay. Before acting on any individual record in a way that matters (underwriting, legal, or licensing decisions), verify it against the agency's own public lookup. The feeds are leads and monitoring signals, not certified records.
A founding seat reservation is not a payment. Nothing is charged until your first feed delivery, and you may cancel a reservation at any time before then by emailing hello at conducore.com.
Do not use the feeds to harass, to spam in violation of applicable law, or to misrepresent the data's origin. Redistribution of a feed as a competing data product requires our written permission.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes to a paid feed's terms will be announced to subscribers by email before they take effect.
